My priority is for every guest to feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they arrive. Heather’s is a judgment-free space, designed for you to relax, unwind, and feel taken care of.
Your time in the studio is entirely about you. Whether you’d like something to drink or a light refreshment, everything is thoughtfully prepared so you can settle in and enjoy the experience.
For new guests, I require a consultation prior to scheduling services. This allows us to connect, discuss your hair goals in detail, and ensure the appropriate amount of time is reserved for your appointment. It also ensures transparent, accurate pricing — so there are no surprises.
The Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll create a clear plan tailored to your hair goals, lifestyle, and personal style.
To prepare, I recommend gathering a few inspiration images that reflect what you’re drawn to. Pinterest is especially helpful, as it tends to showcase current, modern styles and color work. Inspiration found through general searches can sometimes lean outdated, so curated references allow us to start from a more relevant place.
Inspiration images give me valuable insight into your aesthetic, color preferences, and overall style sensibility — especially as we’re getting to know one another.
From there, I may offer thoughtful refinements based on your features, hair type, and tone, while staying true to your individual style and the look you want to achieve.
After Goodbye
Before you leave your appointment, we’ll take care of scheduling your next visit so everything feels seamless and unhurried.
I’ll also offer personalized aftercare recommendations to help you maintain your hair at home. My approach is always thoughtful and never pushy — my goal is simply to ensure you have what you truly need. If something isn’t right for you, returns are always welcome.
